Ball Walk Park operates with the goal of offering the most consistent pack makeup for our Off Leash Excursions. Because of this, we only add clients that can commit to their dogs going with us 3 times per week. To help ensure this consistency, we do not charge clients daily, but instead offer a monthly payment plan in which the client is charged at the beginning of the month for the services that will be provided over the course of the month. We do not offer refunds unless there is a billing mistake and require that service cancellations occur before the start of the new monthly payment and service cycle.
